Crinoline features:

• Adjustable waist up to 38 inches
• Velcro tie closure
•  3 varying size metal hoops; bottom hoop is 32" diameter
• Netting overlay
• 39" long
• Fits 24" waist to 38" waist
• Fabric : Nylon/Spandex
• Item cannot be repacked to return. Once you open the hoop it's extended completely and cannot be refolded. NO RETURNS
